Job Title: MBBS Admission Counselor


Job Description

We are hiring an MBBS Admission Counselor to guide students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, explaining university options, following up with leads, and assisting throughout the admission process.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming student and parent inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Counsel students for MBBS admission in India and abroad.
  • Explain eligibility, fee structure, and admission procedures.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM or Excel.
  • Coordinate documentation and admission formalities.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents.


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Experience in counseling, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM).
  • Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
  • Knowledge of MBBS admissions is preferred.
