ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance Executive/ Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting, financial reconciliations, and compliance filings. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accuracy in financial data and timely submissions of regulatory requirements.

This position also involves mentoring junior finance executives, managing vendor payments, and preparing MIS reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS

Accounting Management- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Tax Compliance- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Reconciliation- Conduct monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.

Financial Reports- Assist in preparing MIS and financial summaries for management.

Vendor Payments- Process vendor bills, verify documentation, and ensure timely payment.

Support Audits- Assist auditors with required documentation and clarifications.

Team Support- Mentor finance executives and trainees.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• CA Inter/MBA (Finance)/M. Com preferred.
• 3–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP software.
