Accounts and Finance Executive

Role Overview

As an accountant / finance accounts manager at Creative Buffs, you will oversee the financial health of the agency. You’ll manage accounting operations, ensure compliance, prepare executive-ready financial reports, and support strategic decision-making. This role demands accuracy, integrity, and the ability to align financial management with Creative Buffs’ premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Deliver executive-ready financial dashboards for leadership review.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Develop and monitor budgets aligned with business goals.
• Provide financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Track variances and recommend corrective actions.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for regulatory filings.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy client account balances.

Payroll & Expense Management

• Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
• Professional certification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in service industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
