Roles and Responsibilities: Academic Counsellor/ Student Advisor We are looking for individuals who enjoy guiding, counselling, and interacting with students. As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners. Your role will involve understanding individual goals, offering thoughtful guidance, and supporting candidates throughout their admission journey This position requires a balanced approach—combining communication skills, empathy, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with students and professionals to understand their academic background and career goals

·      Recommend suitable UG/PG programs and institutions based on individual needs

·      Provide clear and accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and processes

·     Support candidates throughout the application and enrollment journey

·      Build trust through consistent follow-ups and meaningful conversations

·      Maintain organized records of interactions and progress

·      Stay updated with current trends in education and program offerings

Candidate Profile:

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to listen, understand, and guide effectively

·      A genuine interest in education and career development

·      Clarity in explaining information in a simple and structured manner

·      Individuals who are confident, empathetic, and target-driven

·      Prior experience in counselling, sales, or EdTech is an advantage
