Job Opening: Education Counsellors

We are hiring 5 enthusiastic Education Counsellors to join our institute and assist in providing admissions. We offer a fixed salary along with attractive incentives for successful conversions.

We are looking for energetic female candidates who are ready to showcase their talent and drive. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into successful admissions.

Positions Available:

• 1 English-speaking Counsellor
• 1 Tamil-speaking Counsellor
• 1 Kannada-speaking Counsellor
• 1 Malayalam-speaking Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into successful admissions
• Provide information and guidance to prospective students
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the institute's programs and offerings

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Experience in telecalling and sales
• Freshers, please do not apply
• Candidates with a current salary above 25K need not apply
• Proficiency in one of the specified languages (English, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets
