About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable programs.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
• Understand student requirements and provide appropriate course guidance
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Handle queries related to courses, fees, and career opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduation in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in admission counselling / sales / education sector
