We are currently seeking a AI Engineer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, design and develop AI/ML solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
• Build AI-driven applications such as chatbots, copilots, agents, and automation tools
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, workflows)
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector search
• Develop and deploy AI services using cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability
• Collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and data teams
• Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Monitor AI systems in production and continuously improve them

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
• Experience with LLMs (GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI orchestration
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow – good to have)
• Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Cloud & DevOps
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Containerization using Docker
• CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments
• Understanding monitoring and logging for AI systems
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes
• Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Angular) for AI UIs
• Experience in workflow automation or approval systems
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and compliance

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
