We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive online growth, lead paid marketing campaigns, and improve customer acquisition across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities  Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.  Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.  Generate quality leads, website traffic, and online sales through strategic campaigns.  Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.  Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and customer segmentation strategies.  Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creative’s, banners, and campaign content.  Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.  Improve website conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page optimization.  Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.  Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales and branding goals. Required Skills & Qualifications  4–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.  Strong hands-on experience with: o Meta Ads Manager o Google Ads o Google Analytics o Google Tag Manager o SEO & SEM strategies  Experience in Fashion, E-commerce, or D2C brands preferred.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication and team management abilities.  Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
