Position: Appointment Scheduler / Consultation Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for an Appointment Scheduler who can speak confidently with prospective clients, understand their concerns, and schedule consultations with our specialist team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to guide prospects through the booking process.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads who have applied for our services.
• Understand the prospect's concerns through structured discovery questions.
• Explain the consultation process professionally.
• Schedule appointments with coaches/doctors.
• Send appointment confirmations and payment links.
• Follow up with prospects who have not completed registration.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive health and wellness topics professionally.
• Strong listening and rapport-building abilities.
• Experience in appointment setting, telesales, customer support, or healthcare coordination is preferred.
• Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally.
