Job Description
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and visit builders, contractors, real estate developers, and housing societies in the assigned NCR territory
• Build and maintain a network of architects, interior designers, and PMCs for referral-based project inflow
• Follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, walk-ins, and showroom inquiries
• Conduct cold visits to new residential and commercial projects under construction
Client Meetings & Conversions
• Schedule and conduct client meetings — at the showroom, client site, or project site
• Understand client requirements, brief the design team, and present proposals
• Handle negotiations, quotations, and objection handling to close deals
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately captured
Sales Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by the management
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of warm and hot leads at all times
• Submit weekly visit reports, lead status updates, and pipeline summaries
Channel & Partner Management
• Develop and manage a channel partner network (architects, designers, contractors)
• Organise site visits, product demonstrations, and showroom tours for channel partners
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Market Intelligence
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and new project launches in the territory
• Share market feedback with the management to inform product and pricing decisions
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
• Graduate in any stream (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–6 years of field sales experience — modular furniture, interior products, building materials, or real estate preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Existing network of architects, contractors, or builders in Delhi NCR is a strong advantage
Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
• Confident and presentable — comfortable meeting clients at all levels
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field
• Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and lead tracking tools
• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred)
