Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Production Merchandiser to support the end-to-end production process of our women’s kurti line. The candidate will work closely with the production, design, and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and smooth execution of orders.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing production schedules for women’s kurtis
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, job workers, and vendors for timely procurement and processing
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, and bulk production status
- Maintain daily production tracking sheets and update order progress
- Ensure quality standards are met at each stage of production
- Coordinate with karigars, tailors, and finishing teams for smooth workflow
- Handle measurement sheets, specs, and basic tech packs
- Monitor inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories
- Assist in managing dispatch timelines and order deliveries
- Support in resolving production issues and delays
