About us: we’re channel partners with banks and NBFCs (for example, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Bajaj).

Role: *Back End Executive * (calling-based) — you’ll be coordinating calls with customers and bankers.

Timings: *10 AM to 7 PM*

Salary: Discussed at interview.

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

*No targets 🎯 — fixed salary job.*

Weekly off: Sunday

Location *: Noida, Sector 18*

Incentives: Monthly, based on performance.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Collect, verify, and maintain customer loan documents.

*Check the completeness and accuracy of loan application forms.

*Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan processing.

*Upload and maintain customer data in CRM or loan management systems.

*Track loan application status and provide regular updates to sales executives and customers.

*Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate records.

*Ensure compliance with KYC, banking, and company documentation requirements.

*Follow up with customers for pending documents.

*Resolve operational issues to ensure timely loan disbursement.

*Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company records.

Required Skills

*Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

*Strong documentation and data management skills.

*Good verbal and written communication.

*Attention to detail and accuracy.

*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

*Basic understanding of banking and loan processes.
