Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Staff member to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, handling documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Track orders, payments, and customer-related documents.
  • Prepare MIS reports and maintain Excel sheets.
  • Assist in inventory management and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
