Backend Sales Executive – Role OverviewA Backend Sales Executive supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client data, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the sales team. This role is crucial for maintaining efficiency and accuracy in sales operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via email, phone, or CRM systems
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and invoices
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery follow-ups
• Track sales performance and generate reports
• Manage documentation and contracts related to sales
• Assist in lead management and follow-ups
• Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support

• Basic understanding of sales processes

• 0–3 years of experience in sales support / backend operations (freshers can apply)

• Salary Range (India)Fresher: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3 LPA
• Experienced: ₹3 LPA – ₹5+ LPA
