Position: Pastry Chef / Commis / Baker
Location: Sector 104, Noida

Role Overview
We are looking for someone who is serious about baking as a craft, not just a job.
You will be responsible for executing high-quality desserts with consistency, precision, and attention to detail, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute desserts (cakes, cheesecakes, laminated products, plated desserts)
- Maintain consistency across every batch
- Follow recipes and processes without deviation
- Handle premium ingredients with care (real butter, couverture chocolate, etc.)
- Ensure clean, organized workstation at all times
- Assist in R&D and new product trials
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of baking fundamentals
- Understanding of measurements, temperature control, and textures
- Ability to follow structured recipes
- Willingness to learn advanced techniques
Preferred Skills
- Experience with laminated doughs (croissant, viennoiserie)
- Chocolate work (ganache, tempering)
- Cakes Frosting / Decoration
- Experience in premium bakery or hotel kitchen
