Job Description

  1. Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes while ensuring quality and presentation.
  2. Maintains bar hygiene, stock control, and delivers excellent customer service with upselling.
  3. Must strictly follow Excise rules and ensure all statutory documents (valid liquor license, permit display, stock register, duty records, invoices) are properly maintained and available at the bar.
  4. Ensures no underage serving and compliance with all legal norms at all times.
