Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee and coordinate all daily activities and routines
- Manage and supervise staff
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of the workplace
- Prepare weekly/monthly schedules for staff
Procurement & Inventory
- Handle grocery shopping, ration management, and vendor coordination
- Maintain stock of supplies, toiletries, and kitchen essentials
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure best pricing and quality
Maintenance & Repairs
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other service providers
- Track and schedule AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for appliances and systems
- Report and resolve maintenance issues promptly
Financial Management
- Manage petty cash and budget
- Maintain records of expenses and present regular reports to the employer
- Pay utility bills, subscriptions, and staff salaries on time
