Job Description

  • Conduct telephonic consultations to understand patients’ skin concerns, medical history, and provide initial assessment
  • Assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate clinical treatments based on individual needs
  • Educate patients about treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and aftercare guidelines
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring proper documentation
  • Ensure regular follow-ups to monitor treatment progress and patient satisfaction
  • Provide professional guidance to help patients make informed decisions regarding skincare solutions
  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and long-term engagement
  • Achieve consultation-to-conversion targets and contribute to business growth
