About the Company
IdeaNest Global Ventures Private Limited is a fast-growing business consulting and startup support firm. We work with startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs across India, providing services in compliance, business setup, and funding advisory.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated professionals who want to build a long-term career in sales and business development.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact startup founders and business owners through calls and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain regular follow-ups and support in closing deals
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
Candidate Requirements
- No ongoing exams or long notice period
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable working from office
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Interest in sales and client handling
- Proven experience (0–2 years for associate level) in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
