Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers, NGOs, institutions, government departments, and corporate clients.
Generate and maintain leads for solar, agriculture, smart classroom, water management, and rural development projects.
Explain company products and services professionally over calls and emails.
Coordinate meetings, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain daily call reports and customer databases.
Support tender/project documentation and business communications.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist management in marketing and promotional activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic technical/project information.
Follow up for payments, approvals, and project updates when required.
