Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (International Process) to generate business from global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia). The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals for IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads from international markets via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, email outreach, and cold calling
- Identify potential clients and build strong sales pipelines
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, App Development, SMM, etc.)
- Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Write effective proposals and customize them as per client needs
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with international clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong understanding of international sales process
- Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and email marketing tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Preferred SkillsExperience handling US/UK clients
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven track record in international sales/business development
