Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage incoming leads professionally.

Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

Convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Follow up regularly and maintain lead records in CRM or reports.

Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in Business Development / Sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Good presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and manage leads efficiently.
