Position: Sales Manager – Real EstateJob OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to handle real estate sales operations, manage the sales team, generate revenue, and achieve monthly targets for farmhouses, villas, plots, and residential projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team and telecallers.
- Generate sales through client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide property consultations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and business growth.
- Monitor lead management and CRM updates regularly.
- Train and motivate sales executives for better performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team handling ability.
- Good knowledge of real estate sales processes.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- CRM and client management knowledge.
- QualificationGraduation in any stream.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
