Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Experience: 0–3 Years

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through portals, campaigns, and databases.
  • Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and investment opportunities.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects.
  • Update lead status in CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent pre-sales support.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English.
