Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–3 Years
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
- Generate and qualify leads through portals, campaigns, and databases.
- Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects.
- Update lead status in CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent pre-sales support.
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
