Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Pushpendra Technology Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of proven experience in IT/Tech sales, with a solid track record of acquiring new clients and driving revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—for our IT services and software solutions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Management: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B clients through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn networking, and other lead generation channels.
  • Client Pitching & Demos: Schedule and conduct online/offline meetings with key decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals, handle objections professionally, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets assigned by the management.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and unlock opportunities for upselling or referrals.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep track of tech industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com). An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in IT Software Sales, Web/App Development Services, or Digital Marketing Sales.
  • Core Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic IT concepts (e.g., Software Development, UI/UX, Cloud, SEO, E-commerce) to confidently communicate with clients.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of working independently.
