Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for home loan.
- Promote financial products like home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Assist customers with documentation and loan application processes
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for loan approvals and disbursement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services (freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
- Knowledge of home loan products. (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial documents (ITR, bank statements, CIBIL score, etc.)
