Job Description
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, as the role involves client interaction, calling, meetings, and sales closure for premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cold Calling and lead generation
* Handling customer inquiries professionally
* Conducting client meetings and property presentations.
* Conducting sales calls and follow-ups
* Converting leads into successful sales closures
* Selling residential plots, residential spaces, and commercial properties
* Coordinating site visits for clients
* Building strong customer relationships
* Maintaining daily sales and follow-up records
* Achieving monthly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills
* Presentable and professional personality
* Target-oriented approach
* Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
* Ability to handle clients and close deals effectively
Qualification
* 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA preferred
* Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Experience :-
* 0–3 Years in Sales / Real Estate / Telecalling / Business Development preferred
