Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
  • Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes, and convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students by understanding their requirements and guiding them throughout the enrollment journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM/system.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive counseling experience by addressing student queries and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide end-to-end support and ensure smooth student onboarding and post-enrollment assistance.
