Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven, high-energy Telesales Executive to join our growing financial services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our personal loan and overdraft product offerings. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, explain financial solutions, and convert leads into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to curated leads and respond to inbound inquiries to promote personal loan and overdraft products.
Customer Financial Assessment: Analyze customer profiles, income details, and credit requirements to recommend the right financial product (Personal Loan vs. Overdraft).
Product Explanation: Clearly explain product features, interest rates, processing fees, repayment tenures, and documentation requirements.
End-to-End Documentation: Guide customers through the digital application process, verifying required documents (income proof, KYC) for a seamless login.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily talk-time metrics, lead connectivity targets, and monthly sales conversion quotas.
Relationship Management: Build trust with customers by providing accurate information and maintaining a polite, professional follow-up system.
