Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring Business Development Executives/Business Development Manager and Business Development associates(Team Leaders), who are passionate about sales and want to grow with us.

In this role, you don’t need to search for clients

– we will provide you with qualified leads.

– Your job is simple: call the leads, explain our services, and close the deal.

Location -: Noida- Sector 63, H Block- 207, ILD Business Center, Office no.

Variable Salary-: 15,000 to 35,000 /-Per Month

Eligibility Required :

Key Responsibilities:

Contact provided leads through phone calls, Dialer, WhatsApp, or email. Explain company products/services in a clear and convincing manner. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tools. Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field Build trust with prospects and convert them into paying clients. Maintain follow-up with interested leads until closure. Achieve individual sales targets to maximize incentives.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of sales(Freshers with confidence are welcome).

Self-motivated and result-oriented. Comfortable with target-based role.

- Min 6 Months experience in Loan sales or Fresher

- Higher Qualification

- Candidate Have Good Knowledge in Startups Loans and Govt funding Loans, Business Loans ,MSMEs Loans
