Job Description
Royal Tint is a fast-growing brand in the premium glass and surface solutions industry, specializing in Switchable Film, Switchable Glass, PPF, and architectural glass products. We operate in a B2B environment with a strong partner network across India and are now expanding aggressively in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand B2B sales in Delhi NCR
- Identify and onboard new dealers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market mapping
- Conduct product presentations and site meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in glass, interiors, building materials, PPF, or related industries preferred
- Strong network in architects, builders, or dealer channels is a plus
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR
