About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Lead Management Executive (Female) to manage inbound & outbound leads, write professional emails, connect with senior leaders on LinkedIn, and pitch Udyama POS products. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage and follow up on inbound/outbound leads effectively.
• Write professional emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
• Connect with senior leaders, decision-makers, and key stakeholders on LinkedIn.
• Pitch Udyama POS hardware & software solutions clearly and confidently.
• Schedule and fix appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain lead data, update CRM, and track progress regularly.
• Understand client requirements and route them to the respective department.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in business development activities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up.
• Represent Udyama POS professionally at all times.
• Skills & Qualifications Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong email writing and LinkedIn communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with good presentation skills.
• Ability to handle senior leaders and decision-makers confidently.
• Basic understanding of POS systems, software, or retail industry (preferred).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
