Job Description
Hiring Alert – Business Development Executive (Real Estate)Join Our Growing Team!We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct project presentations and property site visits for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales updates in CRM.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate market.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
