Chat Support Specialist
- 💼 Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via chat for service, technical, and e-commerce queries.
- Deliver accurate, professional, and timely resolutions.
- Handle up to 3 customer chats simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow support processes.
- Stay updated on products, company policies, and technical information.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.

🎓 Graduates Only with good English communication.

- 💼 Prior Chat Support experience is preferred (for experienced candidates).
- ✍️ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- ⌨️ Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90% accuracy (assessment required).
- 📱 Good knowledge of smartphones, consumer electronics, and digital products.
- ⚡ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 🎂 Age: Up to 35 years
🎓 Training
14 Days Classroom Training
- 1 Week On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- 🏅 Certification upon successful completion
🕒 Work Schedule📅 Full-Time
1-Year Renewable Contract
- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts
- 👩 Female: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 👨 Male: Shift window between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (based on business requirements)
- ☕ 1-Hour Break (30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC
💵 Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on experience)
