Job Description

Job Title: Chole Bhature & Chaat Maker

Location: Outlet / Food Cart

Looking for a skilled person to prepare and serve chole bhature and chaat items with consistent taste, speed, and hygiene.

  • Prepare chole, dough, and fry fresh bhature
  • Make chaat items (golgappa, papdi chaat, aloo tikki, etc.)
  • Maintain taste consistency and portion control
  • Handle basic prep (cutting, boiling, chutneys)
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at stall
  • Manage peak-hour rush efficiently
  • Requirements 1–2 years experience in chaat / North Indian snacks
  • Fast working and clean handling
  • Basic understanding of hygiene

Salary- ₹12,000 – ₹16,000/month (based on experience)
