Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Site Engineer (Male)

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Location: PAN India (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Male Civil Site Engineer with at least one year of field experience to oversee project execution, vendor coordination, labor management, and site operations across various locations in India. The candidate should be technically sound, willing to travel extensively, and capable of handling site activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and execute civil construction and infrastructure projects at site.

* Ensure project work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

* Handle vendor development, rate negotiations, procurement follow-up, and material management.

* Manage labor deployment, productivity, and site discipline.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Verify measurements, quantities, and support billing activities.

* Ensure safety compliance and quality control at project sites.

* Coordinate with testing laboratories and maintain project documentation.

* Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

Technical Requirements

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

* Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and other civil engineering software tools.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.

* Knowledge of quantity estimation, site execution, and project coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 1 year of field/site experience.

* Must be willing to travel and stay at project locations across India.

* Strong vendor negotiation and labor management skills.

* Good communication and reporting skills in English and Hindi.

* Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
