Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Follow-up Executive to manage customer interactions, handle queries, and ensure timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to provide updates and ensure issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide customers with correct information regarding company services and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor customer requests and ensure closure within defined timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Achieve assigned performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service quality.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM software knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, Telecalling, or Follow-up roles.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
