Job Description

This is an NGO outbound calling process focused on fundraising and awareness. The role involves making outbound calls to potential donors/supporters, explaining the NGO’s mission and ongoing social initiatives, generating interest for donations/support, handling objections politely, and maintaining proper call records and follow-ups while meeting weekly/monthly targets.


Requirements:


Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Polite, confident and persuasive speaking ability

Basic telecalling/customer interaction experience preferred (freshers can also apply)

Interest in social work/NGO activities is an added advantag
