Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities•        Manage the complete order lifecycle: Post-PO acknowledgement → Production planning follow-up → QC clearance → Dispatch → Delivery confirmation.

•        Daily coordination with the Manufacturing Line, Production Planning, Quality Control, Stores and Dispatch teams to track order status and resolve bottlenecks.

•        Proactive communication with customers — sharing order status, expected dispatch dates, drawings approval, payment milestones and resolving queries.

•        Maintain accurate MIS, order trackers and dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, basic formulas).

•        Use ERP / Tally / order management systems for PO entry, job-card tracking and dispatch documentation.

•        Coordinate with logistics for transporter selection, LR, e-way bill, invoice and on-time delivery.

•        Escalate delays and resolve customer complaints with a solution-first mindset.

•        Maintain proper documentation of POs, drawings, inspection reports and dispatch records.
