Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales/distribution team to achieve monthly and yearly targets effectively.
- Ensure team members follow company policies, complete assigned tasks on time, and maintain discipline.
- Monitor distributor performance, agreement completion, reporting, and daily operational activities regularly.
- Train, guide, and motivate the team to improve productivity, communication, and overall performance.
- Take ownership of team results and coordinate with management to resolve issues on a priority basis.
