Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets for personal loan and overdraft products. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a sales-driven attitude.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell personal loan and overdraft products to potential customers.
- Generate leads through field sales, references, cold calling, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of personal loans and overdraft products.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in BFSI sales or loan sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
