Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable media/branding solutions
Handle client communication through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Convince clients and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements
Maintain accurate client data and reports in CRM systems
Resolve client concerns and ensure timely support
Generate repeat business, renewals, and upselling opportunities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance & revenue reports
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
