Clinical Research Co-ordinator

Cosma Fertility is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to manage and coordinate clinical research activities while ensuring compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from initiation to completion.
• Screen, recruit, and follow up with study participants.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and source records.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees.
• Collect and manage clinical data and prepare study reports.
• Schedule participant visits and monitor study progress.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Good understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
