Job Description

The Commis 3 is the foundational engine of the kitchen. Your main goal is to learn the ropes while ensuring the senior chefs have everything they need to succeed.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrep Work: Washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients (Mise en Place).
  • Cleaning: Maintaining a spotless station and following strict sanitization rules.
  • Organization: Rotating stock (FIFO) and helping with deliveries.
  • Learning: Following recipes exactly as instructed by the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Top RequirementsThe Basics: Basic knife skills and knowledge of food safety.
  • Attitude: High energy, punctuality, and a "can-do" spirit.

Physicality: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy crates/pots.
