Job Description
Commi 1 Chef – Indian Multi (5-6 years Experience)
• Prepare authentic Indian dishes (North Indian, curries, tandoor preferred) with hands on Chinese cuisine as well.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality & presentation
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Support chefs during peak hours
Commi 1 Chef – Chinese Cuisine (5-6 years Experience)
• Prepare Indo-Chinese dishes (wok cooking, sauces, starters)
• Ensure quality control and timely order execution
• Maintain cleanliness and stock discipline
• Support chefs during peak hours
Commi 2 Chef – All-Rounder (3-4 years Experience)
Assist in both Indian & Chinese kitchen operations
• Perform cutting, prep, and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
• Support chefs during peak hours
Job Details
• Location: Sector 73, Noida
