Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Computer Hardware Support Engineer to manage onsite and field support activities for desktops, laptops, POS systems, networking devices, and CCTV installations. Candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in handling customer support independently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and POS hardware issues
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and software applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
- Configure and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networking devices
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems
- Handle onsite customer support and field service visits
- Install antivirus, backup solutions, and system security updates
- Coordinate with support team for call closure and service reporting
- Maintain service records and spare parts usage details
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints as per SLA
- Required SkillsLaptop/Desktop hardware repairing
- Windows OS installation & troubleshooting
- Networking knowledge (LAN, Router, Switch, Wi-Fi)
- CCTV installation and configuration
- Printer & peripheral troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of remote support tools
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 years of relevant experience mandatory
- Freshers are strictly not eligible
- Candidate must own a bike with valid driving license
- Willingness to travel for onsite support in NCR region
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Hardware, Networking, or related field preferred
- Preferred CandidateExperience in retail POS or billing software support will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently
