Location - Noida

This outstanding opportunity will allow you to develop and build enterprise-grade Java applications that power our world-class AEM platform. Your role will be crucial in architecting robust services, writing production-quality code, and taking end-to-end ownership of complex backend systems. What You'll Do

• Compose and build enterprise Java applications — Architect and implement scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs that integrate with AEM and broader enterprise systems. Own significant components from development through production.

• Lead with architecture — Produce clear build documentation, ADRs, and system diagrams. Make principled decisions on service boundaries, data models, integration patterns, and failure handling.

• Write production-quality code — Deliver well-tested, well-reviewed Java that meets enterprise standards for reliability, performance, and security.

• Deploy and operate on Kubernetes — Package and ship services as containerized workloads. Understand pod lifecycle, resource management, config/secret handling, and basic cluster operations.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure — Partner with DevOps to launch services on Azure or AWS. Have sufficient knowledge to discuss networking, storage, IAM, and service dependencies.

• Own reliability — Participate in build reviews, code reviews, incident response, and post-mortems. Drive long-term fixes over short-term patches.

• Mentor and grow — Provide thoughtful code reviews, share architectural judgment, and help junior engineers grow their technical foundations.

• Apply AI across the SDLC — Champion AI-assisted development practices within the team and help establish standards for AI tooling in the engineering workflow.

• Collaborate on AI product delivery — Partner with product, data, and ML teams to translate AI use cases into well-defined service contracts and backend APIs.

What You Bring

• 4-6 years of experience developing enterprise Java applications

• Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem

• Solid understanding of REST API build and messaging patterns

• Proficiency with ORM frameworks and relational databases

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud services such as Azure or AWS

• Strong grasp of testing practices: unit, integration, contract testing

• Proven ability to build systems and produce clear design documentation

• Excellent communication skills and experience working asynchronously across distributed teams

• Dedicated and comfortable with ambiguity
