Job Description
Job Title: Content Writer – Real Estate
Company: Investors Clinic Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: 21st Floor, Astralis Tower, Sector 94, Noida
Nearest Metro Station: Okhla Bird Sanctuary
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: All Sundays and Alternate Saturdays.
Salary: Up to 70,000/month (Based on interview & experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and high-quality content for property listings, websites, and landing pages.
- Develop content for digital marketing campaigns including social media, emailers, and ads
- Research market trends, locations, and real estate insights to produce accurate content
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
- Optimize content using relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in content writing (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real estate content or property portals
- Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
