- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop monthly content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write high-converting ad copies (Meta, Google, performance creatives)
- Create engaging scripts for reels, ads, and brand videos
- Write blogs, website content, and landing pages
- Conceptualize campaign ideas and storytelling angles
- Collaborate with designers & video editors for shoot planning and execution
- Write shoot briefs, scene breakdowns, and creative directions
- Adapt tone across formats: fun, premium, educational, sales-driven
- Stay updated with trends, hooks, and viral formats
- What We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience in content writing / creative strategy
- Strong understanding of social media content (especially Reels-first thinking)
- Ability to write scripts that hook within the first 3 seconds
- Experience with performance marketing content (ads that convert)
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling + marketing mindset
- Ability to handle multiple brands and fast-paced execution
- Bonus: Experience in shoot direction, UGC scripting, or influencer briefs
