Job Description
Job roles and responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls/chats/emails
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Provide product/service information and support
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases
Update customer details in CRM/system
Maintain call/chat records and documentation
Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards
